During valet collection, we pick up obvious small trash along the direct collection path. We do not patrol the entire property or search landscaped areas for litter.

Our pet waste service is focused on stations: emptying receptacles, refilling bags and keeping the immediate station area orderly. Property-wide dog waste pickup from grass or landscaping is not included.

Yes. Station implementation can be included in a property plan. We agree on station quantity, placement, equipment and installation scope in the proposal.

We wash appropriate enclosure surfaces and pads, remove loose debris immediately around the enclosure and provide odor-control treatments. We do not clean dumpster interiors, repair dumpsters, operate or maintain compactors, or service waste equipment.

Valet waste pricing is primarily based on unit count, collection frequency, layout and operational requirements. Collection plans are available for three or five nights per week.

We estimate the actual work: buildings, stories, breezeway length, stairwells, distance between structures, layout, frequency and labor time. Exterior care is not automatically priced per door.

Sanitation scope depends on pet station count, service frequency, enclosure count and size, washing frequency and property conditions. The proposal brings the agreed work into a simple monthly service plan.

Doorstep recycling is available where the property has designated recycling facilities and accepted materials are agreed. Collection follows the property’s recycling rules.

Yes. We build plans for HOA, condominium, townhome and other managed residential communities when the layout and service requirements fit the work we provide.
